Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL to ensure your package arrives on time and safely.
All orders within Hong Kong are expected to arrive in 7-10 business days (excluding the day of shipment).
All international orders are expected to arrive in 11-14 business days (excluding the day of shipment). Delivery times may vary by country or region and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or other external factors in the destination country.
Tracking Number
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s progress in real time and keep you informed of its status. Whether you are within Hong Kong or internationally, we ensure you can easily access your package’s tracking information. If you encounter any problems using the tracking number, or fail to receive relevant notifications, please contact the Dioscury customer service team ([email protected]) for assistance. We will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Order Processing and Shipping
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after you complete payment. We strive to ensure early shipment, but peak periods (such as holidays, promotional seasons, etc.) may cause slight delays.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing order details and the tracking number, allowing you to track your package’s progress at any time.
Customs and Taxes
Customs for International Orders: Please note that for international orders, you may be required to pay additional customs duties, VAT, or customs fees from other countries. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and Dioscury cannot estimate or collect them on your behalf.

Important Notes During Shipping
Package Splitting and Multiple Package Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, your items may be shipped separately due to package size or weight exceeding the shipping company’s limits. We will decide whether to split the shipment based on the courier company’s regulations and your order details. Each package will have a separate tracking number, which you can use to track them individually.
Shipping Time Delays: Although the shipping times we provide are estimates, delays may occur due to factors such as weather, holidays, and international customs inspections. If your package is delayed, please wait patiently and use the tracking number to check the latest logistics information. If your package has not been delivered within 20 business days, please contact us.
Order Modification and Cancellation
Order Modification: Once an order enters the processing stage, we cannot change order information, including the shipping address, payment method, etc. If you find that the address information is incorrect, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible ([email protected]), and we will do our best to help you correct it before the package is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to modify the address for you.
Order Cancellation: You can request to cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Force Majeure
Due to uncontrollable factors such as extreme weather, natural disasters, political events, government actions, or customs issues, your package may be delayed or undeliverable. Dioscury cannot be held responsible for these situations, but we will do our best to cooperate with the shipping company to provide you with the best solution.
