If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the returned item meets our return policy and is in brand new condition upon return.

How to Apply for a Return

1. Submit a Return Request:

• Once we receive and approve your request, we will send you a confirmation email containing a Return Authorization (RMA) form.

2. Prepare for Return:

• Print the Return Authorization form and include it in your return package.

• Ensure the item is in its original condition and return all accessories with it.

3. Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item itself is damaged, defective, or has an error.

• Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service and provide the tracking number.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return request is approved, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags and markings retained.

• The product must be brand new and free of any damage, scratches, or signs of use.

• The original delivery note or proof of purchase must be included to help us verify your order information.

• Gifts must be returned with the product; otherwise, it will affect the return processing.

• Promotional items and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the original item and receive a refund, then place a new order for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Unacceptable Cash on Delivery (COD) Packages: We refuse any Cash on Delivery (COD) packages. All returns require prepayment of shipping costs.

• Multiple Order Returns: If you need to return multiple orders, please submit a return request for each order separately. Our warehouse cannot process multiple order returns simultaneously.
