Contract
In order to enter into a contract with Dioscury, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We reserve the right to refuse any request made by you should you fail to meet this condition. When placing an order, you agree to provide true and accurate details, that you are an authorized user of the credit/debit card used in placing the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase of the goods.
A contract between us will be formed only when your payment has been approved by us/relevant authorities and we have debited your credit or debit card. The acknowledgement email confirming your order will not constitute acceptance of your order.
Pricing and Availability
While we attempt to ensure that all details, description, information and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. In the event that a pricing error is discovered, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling this order. Due to exchange rate fluctuations, prices of goods/services may differ for international transactions. All prices advertised are subject to these fluctuations and bank rates.
Delivery
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from carrier delays or force majeure for which we will not be liable. Also, if you entrust others to receive the package on your behalf, Dioscury will not bear responsibility in cases of loss or damage arising from this entrustment. However, we will do what we can to verify this entrustment before handing the package over. Kindly ensure that the delivery address and the receiver’s name are correct as returns due to incorrect addresses will be charged, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
